   | We are located in Las Vegas, NV, a city where the Filipino population is growing at a rapid rate! Lolita's Catering will provide Filipino's of the city, a taste of home. (Non-Filipino's also) FoodLolit's food is why this website/business even exists. The Filipino dishes that Lolit will cater is delicious in its own way. The pictures shown in this website are all products of Lolit's talent of Filipino goodness. The foods currently present at this site are: Caldareta: A delicious curry-like dish, in a tasty sauce that can be cooked with chicken or beef, topped with potato, bits of tomato, and baby purefoods hot dog, this is a traditional Filipino dish that will satisfy your hunger. Lumpia Shanghai: An Asian/Pinoy specialty, ground pork or beef, fused with various herbs and vegetables, wrapped manually by hand. This can be catered to you cooked to a golden brown, or simply raw so that you and your family can enjoy it for many days! Torta: Ground pork, marinated with soy sauce, tomato, garlic, and onion. Topped with chopped potatoes. Can be ordered normally, cooked in egg, or in eggplant. Kabote: Basically a stir-fry of vegetables along with shrimp. Adobo: A masterpiece by Lolit, consist of chicken and pork, with a special sauce to add a wonderful taste to the already tasty national dish. (Can be served with tomato and specially cooked shrimp paste) Sinigang: Can be cooked in many different ways. This version of Sinigang has a delicious tangy taste to it. A tasty soup for the family is a busog family! Tinola: A once again yummy soup, with the main ingredient being ginger! Michado: Similar to bistek, a beef dish with a yummy soy sauce base, Michado adds a hint of the traditional Caldareta to this beef delight. Baked Macaroni: Lolit's own version of Mac and Cheese with a Filipino twist. Consisting of chicken bits, choriso, and a creamy cheese sauce, this dish will satisfy American food cravings, as well as Filipino.
